friendly staff spacious room free coffee
The staff communicated well before my stay. They were very accommodating when I needed to make changes. I appreciated this. My room was very clean. It was also spacious. Free coffee in the lobby was available.
I could hear hotel guests walking around above me around 2:30 AM! This disturbed my sleep. The sound proofing is not great

Comfortable Stay Near City Center
warm greeting luggage assistance historical atmosphere
The staff greeted me warmly and showed me to my room. They also assisted with my luggage. Breakfast offered many choices, and the staff remembered my name when I booked a taxi. The historical building's atmosphere was nice, and I felt very comfortable .
I found the soundproofing inadequate. I could hear neighbors showering, which woke me up a few times during the night.

The reception staff personally escorted me to my room upon arrival. They helped with my luggage and made sure I settled in comfortably. The staff knew my name when I booked an early morning taxi.

The buffet breakfast had many good options to choose from. The breakfast was served in a former chapel, a unique setting. Breakfast service began early each morning, a great way to start my day.

The room had a spacious layout and also included a large bathroom. The bed was inviting, and perfect for a restful night. The room was clean upon arrival, though the soundproofing was not ideal.

the room had a kitchenette, i found it very useful. the complimentary breakfast package upon arrival was a lovely touch!
The telephone in the room kept losing signal, its light flashed and bothered my sleep..

helpful staff big room comfy beds dead mosquitos noisy room high price
the staff are helpful. the room was big, and it had everything i wanted! the beds were comfy too. i enjoyed the breakfast, it had a good selection and good coffee.
cleanliness wasn't great. there were dead mosquitos on the walls. the room was noisy, i could hear everything in the hallway. it was too expensive for the room i got.

clean hotel ideal location easy access safe area
The hotel was very clean, and the staff maintained it superbly. the location is ideal, near train, metro, and tram stops. i liked that it allowed easy access to the city center in about ten minutes. the area around the hotel is residential. It seemed safe.
the telephone in my room kept losing signal. the light on the telephone kept flashing.

decent stay at this hotel
great location helpful staff cute staff room stink poor cleaning missing kitchenette
the location worked great for me. it was a short walk to a main metro station. i liked that a supermarket was only a 2 min walk away. the staff were very cute and always happy to help with any queries.
the room stank when we arrived. it hadn't been properly cleaned as there was tissue in the vent preventing airflow. then i was told a week prior our room would come without a kitchen. a room with a kitchen would have cost us much more.
