The staff communicated well before my stay. They were very accommodating when I needed to make changes. I appreciated this. My room was very clean. It was also spacious. Free coffee in the lobby was available.

I could hear hotel guests walking around above me around 2:30 AM! This disturbed my sleep. The sound proofing is not great

The staff greeted me warmly and showed me to my room. They also assisted with my luggage. Breakfast offered many choices, and the staff remembered my name when I booked a taxi. The historical building's atmosphere was nice, and I felt very comfortable .

I found the soundproofing inadequate. I could hear neighbors showering, which woke me up a few times during the night.

The reception staff personally escorted me to my room upon arrival. They helped with my luggage and made sure I settled in comfortably. The staff knew my name when I booked an early morning taxi.

the staff are helpful. the room was big, and it had everything i wanted! the beds were comfy too. i enjoyed the breakfast, it had a good selection and good coffee.

cleanliness wasn't great. there were dead mosquitos on the walls. the room was noisy, i could hear everything in the hallway. it was too expensive for the room i got.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff maintained it superbly. the location is ideal, near train, metro, and tram stops. i liked that it allowed easy access to the city center in about ten minutes. the area around the hotel is residential. It seemed safe.

the location worked great for me. it was a short walk to a main metro station. i liked that a supermarket was only a 2 min walk away. the staff were very cute and always happy to help with any queries.

the room stank when we arrived. it hadn't been properly cleaned as there was tissue in the vent preventing airflow. then i was told a week prior our room would come without a kitchen. a room with a kitchen would have cost us much more.
